Purchased two additional rods to add to my arsenal. Can’t be any more happier with Old 18. By the way, you’re supporting small business.
Very nicely built handle and wrapped guides are simple and clean! This spinning rod feels like a run and Gun all day flats rod! light weight and superb action blank! Worth every dollar!
What I think about this rod Very handsome rod. Very light. Very responsive. Very sensitive. I have catch all type of fish. Channel catfish, blue catfish, bluegills, Crappie, alligator gar and Carp All in lake Conroe I did not catch largemouth bass at all. I will eventually. I love this rod. I'm definitely going to get the medium heavy.
I bought this rod for BFS bass fishing and could not be happier !!! I got the Suppressor 7ft light fast action.
Truly a versatile rod. Sensitivity is great for bottom contact, and just the right amount of flex for reaction baits. My whole experience with Old 18 was top notch. I would recommend the rods and company to anyone.
I am loving my new Old 18 Buoyancy Ultra Light Spinning rod. Only used once so far but it caught all the fish and can’t wait to get back out again. I can see more Buoyancy rods in my future for sure.
Awesome rod! Soft enough tip to catch bluegill and crappie but still has the back bone to handle bass. You won’t believe how light the rod actually is. Easily the lightest rod I’ve ever held.
